• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.

• Not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair our services.

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or statement of work. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance.
• Late payments may incur interest charges.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service provision. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, and personal data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeIt Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms specified therein. Upon termination:

• All rights and licenses granted will cease, unless otherwise specified.
• Any outstanding payments will become immediately due.
• Each party shall return or destroy all confidential information of the other party.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms and by maintaining a current version of the Terms on our website.
